Yes first post! I haven't blogged in a while I guess because I thought my life wasn't interesting anymore. I see/hear/do more things now on a day to day basis. For instance, I saw some amazing paintings done by my fellow classmates, I hear a stupid argument and crazy people on the bus, and I did some fun paintings in class.
BTW the argument was between the MTA bus driver and some lady who claimed she was on the last bus which didn't go all the way and they're suppose to give these transfer cards but she didn't get one. So anyways, bus driver says shes need a card otherwise how would he have known that she was supposedly on the bus. It wasn't really an argument, more like he talks pretty loudly. Eventually he's all 'ok fine whatever just shut up and go in.' So out of nowhere this other lady sitting down told the bus driver to stop screaming (which he didn't do) and he says 'Do you want to catch the next bus then?' So she starts freaking out on how he can't kick her off and whatnot and now she wants to report him and blah blah. I was annoyed with her and her stupid silly nonsense!
On a happier note, I got to paint again!!! Weeeee. It's been a few years since I painted and with oil paints(I've only worked with acrylics)! We have to do 3 paintings from the get go. My first was a crazy one; I painted the whole thing red and started to paint an odd looking girl with an afro while running, or at least I think it is. I didn't finish any of the painting so I'll have to grab some studio time possibly tomorrow. Second piece is gonna be a crazy red eyed guy who killed someone and there's blood everywhere! Third is a weird abstract of trees, shooting something, a man's face and something else which I haven't decided yet but its got a pretty neat looking gradient background.
I guess that's enough for my first post but I'm excited to start blogging about my boring life and the things I do!
